Academy Associates model: Associates join as part of the delivery team and are progressively upskilled over 0 to 24 months. They take on increasing ownership and can transition into your permanent team after 24 months, retaining knowledge and reducing long-term external dependency.
Named Academy pathways: Our Academy pathways include: Data Governance Associate, AI Governance Associate, AI Engineering Associate, Databricks Associate, Databricks Unity Catalogue Associate, Alation/Collibra Associate, Polyglot Data Model Associate, Data Product Management Associate, ML/Ops AI Associate, and Technical and Business Stewards.
